Full Description:
Bryce Blackman, a 14-year-old of Merritt Island, gave up youth football so he could do more hunting.
He recently took his first buck, an eight-pointer that weighed 180 pounds and scored 118 6/8 Boone and Crockett points, that gave him a trophy to remember.
Unassisted, Bryce rattled in the buck, using deer antlers to imitate bucks fighting, and felled the buck at 50 yards with a .243-caliber Remington.
